When will my order be delivered?
We ship Canada wide. Your order will be packaged really carefully within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes between 2-7 business days.
Can I return my product?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. This policy is necessary to ensure food safety and hygiene (many outdoor food vendors follow similar practices). Learn more
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
If your order arrives with any food package that is damaged, leaking, or missing, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description. Contact Us
