Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and secure checkout used to offer the Services.

Important note: TrailFoods Provisions curates products from trusted outdoor brands. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold.

3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, including for reasons such as inventory availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

An order is not accepted until:

payment is successfully processed, and
you receive an order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation from us.

If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Cancellations: Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

4. PRICING, TAXES, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include:

applicable sales taxes
shipping charges
any duties or import fees (where applicable)

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly so we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (if applicable), or events outside our control.

Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

TrailFoods Provisions is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with TrailFoods Provisions.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and TrailFoods Provisions, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TrailFoods Provisions.

include malware or harmful code

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrailFoods Provisions and Shopify (and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers) from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, unless consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
