Our freeze-dried meals are ready in minutes. Simply open the pouch, remove any oxygen packet, add the correct amount of hot (or in some cases, room-temperature) water, seal it, wait, and enjoy. Preparation times vary by product, make sure to follow instructions on each package.
Store dry, unopened packages in a cool, dry place, avoiding prolonged exposure to heat or moisture. After opening, use the contents within about one week for best freshness. Once hydrated, treat any leftovers as you would freshly prepared food.
We guarantee a long shelf life for our freeze-dried meals, typically 25–30 years when unopened and properly stored. Each product clearly displays its best-before (BB) date on the packaging for your reference. While many freeze-dried foods may remain safe beyond this date if stored correctly, flavor, texture, and nutritional quality may gradually decline over time.
No worries, just remove and discard the absorber once you notice. It won’t ruin the food.
Yes, some of our items may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, or other common allergens. Always check product labels for allergen statements. If you have a severe allergy, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you find safe options.
Some products already include built-in savings and aren’t eligible for additional order-level discounts. This includes value packs or multipacks, or build a box, which are priced to offer our best value upfront.

Yes, we proudly ship to addresses across Canada. (Due to regulatory constraints, we may have restrictions for certain territories or remote locations. Please contact us if you’re unsure.)
In most cases, our carriers require a physical address (no P.O. boxes). If you have unique circumstances (e.g. remote locations, military addresses), reach out and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Absolutely, once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also view tracking via your account portal.
We accept returns or issue refunds only in the case of damaged, defective items or order discrepancies. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, with photos and order details. Please contact us to initiate any claim, and we’ll guide you through the process.
